COVID-19 measures:

(these are subject to the government guidelines in place at the date of the camping)

Your safety and ours is our top priority; we want you to have a relaxing break from your daily routine without worry and to achieve this we all need to stay alert.

  • To ensure the earliest possible reopening, we have closure of all communal facilities.

  • There will be individual standpipes for access to clean drinking water on each pitch.

  • We have opened extra fields to allow for more social distance camping and left grass buffers around each pitch.

  • Pitch loos are available to book; these will have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival and post departure.

  • Otherwise campers will need to bring their own portable cassette toilets.

  • There will be no communal showers or washing up facilities. This will be monitored as the season progresses and hopefully we will be able to phase in the reopening of communal facilities if the rules allow.

  • We will provide a chemical waste disposal point (ELSAN). This will be the only communal facility and will be sanitised daily.

  • We will provide a large bin for refuse, we would prefer you take your recyclables home to dispose of responsibly.

We are expecting you to:

  • bring sufficient hand sanitiser for the length of your stay.

  • bring your own toilet facilities or book an exclusive pitch loo for your stay on the optional extra page.

  • bring your own grey water container facilities or purchase one from the optional extra page when you are booking.

( This is to reduce use at disposal point and limit contact areas, reducing risk of transmitting COVID-19).

  • avoid touching any surfaces other than those exclusively provided for your pitch.

  • keep to the left hand side of footpaths and roadways giving other campers a sensible distance.

  • Should you feel ill, are showing signs of the virus or live in the same household as someone with the virus, please do not attend our facility. For guests that are at greater risk or are medically vulnerable please be extra cautious.
